RAKO Wireless Controls

British company RAKO is one of the leaders in state of the art wireless control technology for residential and commercial applications.

From individual controls to fully integrated management systems the modules are quick and easy to install and do not require rewiring.

The system uses transmitters, in the form of wall mounted or hand held switches and sceneset dimmers, and these can be mains wired or battery operated. The transmitters communicate by wireless radio communication to receivers - in the form of switch or dimmer modules - wired into the lighting circuit and mounted locally to light fittings. Dimmers are available to suit most load types, including incandescent, low voltage and fluorescent loads.

Each module has a unique address and the control switch or dimmer can select up to 4 scenes, master raise lower and off.

A range of interfaces is available to integrate seamlessly with other compatible systems such as Philips Pronto to replicate the operation of lighting, curtain and blinds keypads, audio visual and security systems.
