HMB 25![]() The hanging lamp with pulley system was designed in the mid 1920's as one of the fittings for the Dessau Bauhaus. Lights of this type, produced only on a small scale in the metal workshop, were installed in various parts of the building including the weaving and metal workshops and the architecture department drawing office. The same model was also used to light the dining room of Walter Gropius's Master's House. The aluminium structure, shade and counterweights are nickel plated with a maximum drop suspension of 250cm.
