A floor standing lamp with counter weight designed in the early 1920's and attributable to the design movement inspired by the Bauhaus. The lamp is adjustable at the top of the stem and at the head and the counter weight is suspended from a fine wire running over a pulley system. The lamp is hand made and beautifully detailed and balanced. The metal structure has a nickel plated finish that will patinate over time. Each lamp is consecutively numbered
